1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Eval CV's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Eval CV provides AI-powered resume parsing, analysis, and interview preparation services. We offer both B2B subscription plans and B2C one-time purchase options for interview preparation reports.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 B2B Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3.2 B2C One-Time Payments

Interview preparation reports are sold as one-time purchases. Access to the report is granted immediately upon successful payment.

3.3 Refund Policy

Strict No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate costs incurred for AI processing, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited actions include:

Attempting to scrape or reverse engineer our API or website.
Sharing your API keys or account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Overloading our infrastructure or interfering with the proper working of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Eval CV makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI-generated analysis or predictions. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
